The Stereotypical Underworld Fan?
Hi folks,
I'm a useless Underworld fan, because as alluded to in a previous post, this will be my first Underworld gig (at Brighton on Friday). Just curious whether there is such a thing as a stereotypical Underworld fan, or are the fans very disparate in appearance and style? Thoughts? |

There's no such thing as a useless Underworld fan! Welcome SSR!
![]() Well... there is no such thing as a stereotypical Underworld fan either, I don't think. On here we range in age from teens to 50-something, with around 20 nationalities represented, so it is hard to say who the "stereotype" is really. At gigs for the most part it seems to be people in their 20s and 30s - the one thing we all share is the love of dancing.

32 year old family man, bald, metal head, Network & Telephony Admin in Colorado, USA. I don't dance and I don't like New Order (That Much).
Heard Underworld's Dirty Epic 14 years ago and have been in love with them ever since.

Chances are they're male (no offense, BeautifulBurnout, Cacophony or other ladies under cover around here...just quoting the results of previous fan polls!)
