We do this on another board I frequent, and it's pretty cool.

Each week, someone nominates a movie to be watched by the other participants. Everyone makes the effort, then posts thoughts in that week's thread.

It doesn't have to be an underground indie film no-one has ever heard of - you're welcome to post Zoolander if you like.

Would anyone be interested in doing this? Drop a reply here and if there's enough I'll make a list and a sticky.

Money and time permitting, lets do it. It would be great if a person could post a little bit about the film before we go and watch it, so we know what we're in for. You could add a link to IMDB for that.
