best of 2005 compilation

i'm putting together what will probably turn out to be a double cd compilation to send out to some of my mates for christmas featuring tracks from some of my favourite albums of the year.

so my question is this: which tracks would you choose to represent some of the following albums?

And for M83 I would say Run Into Flowers. Or is that track on the other album?

The only album I have is the Out Hud one, and the track I would pick is "How Long."

playing the angel depeche mode
-> "Suffer Well"
before the dawn heals us m83
-> "Don't Save Us From the Flames"

-> I'd say either "it's for you" or "Dear Mr. Bush..." and not "how long"

i'm not only including songs from the above albums, they're just the ones i'm not sure which songs to include (sufjan stevens, for example, is giving me no end of trouble as there's five or six songs at least that i'd love to put on it) and there'll also be songs from beck, diefenbach, devendra banhart, maximo park, hard fi, bloc party, jose gonzalez, jack johnson, supergrass, super furry animals, hla, little barrie, boozoo bajou etc making the cd

that said, i'm not a fan of new order so they definitely won't be on there
