woo-hoo!
been after this album for fucking ages

my old cassette copy of it is worn out after being played so much in mates' cars on the way to clubs etc

some seriously great tunes on it that still sound fresh today

and the rhythym invention mix of jaco's show some love is the bomb

Heh. I see that "D.O.P." (Dance Only Productions) is on that comp. The ugliest Designer's Republic sleeve ever!

Re: woo-hoo!
that whole trance series on rumour records was really good, although trance 2 was probably my favourite. i've now picked all of them up on ebay in the past few weeks and trance 2 was obviously other peoples favourite too as it cost me over a tenner whereas the others i've got for a fiver or less

and you have to remember that trance here was used to describe the music before it became synonymous with judge fucking jules and dj sammy and all that shit and really a better description would have been progressive house

it seems the designers republic got everywhere back in the 90's as i also recently picked up dub house disco 2000 from ebay and they did the cover to that one too...
