The Brothers Quay
Any other fans of theirs, here?

It's been a long time since Institute Benjimata. Apparently they are in post productiong for their next feature.

Street of Crocodiles is awesome. Seek it out.

Re: The Brothers Quay
they have a dvd of some of their work out there.. i rented it a long time and it had several moments of sheer brilliance... and a lot of really obtuse stuff as well. I don't remember it 100% but i seemed to think at the time that it was like Dave McKean meets Tim Burton or Edward Gorey.... my favorite bit on the disc had to do with perspectives... really genius stuff.

Re: The Brothers Quay
I guess if I'm going to advise people to seek them out, I should give a bit of a description.

They're twin brothers who do stop-motion animation in what tends to be a surreal, somewhat dark style. We actually suspected Tool's video for Sober was done by them, but it's not, though that will give you the right idea.
