Underworld mkIII?
Dirts,
It appears that as mkII was a breakaway from the 80s Underworld, we now have mkIII breaking the shackles from the NUXX generation. No more just us "dirties' in a few months. Time to "clean" this place up with a new lease of life just like Rick and Karl are expressing right now. This album is made for the summer festivals. Change is a coming, the dull brown of the forum needs to go. Something to reflect the new mood and kaleidoscope of colours from the album cover.... Party on! ![]() |

MKIV?
But in all seriousness, I agree. First off, I have a feeling that Barking is going to make them a lot of new fans. If we want them to stick around, we need them to have an inviting forum to go to. Also, this isn't just an effort on our part! We need a link to the board back up on underworldlive!

Re: Underworld mkIII?
Right, so
uw mki: Underneath the Radar, Change the Weather uw mkii: Dubno, STITI, BF, EE uw mkiii: AHDO, the RiverRuns, OWB uw mk iV: seeing as there are collaborations now, shall we call Barking the beginning of mk iv?? Or is it mk ib? Or did mk iv begin when Darren Price started playing/producing with them? I feel like AHDO is a bit of a retread of BF, minus Darren Emerson, so is it really mk iii? The RiverRuns and OWB were much more in the spirit of Rick and Karl. So maybe that's where mkiii begins. Ah. heck. Who cares? Its all Underworld and we love them. Yes, i hope Barking wins them all sorts of new fans. But their creative essence persists and though it's with new people, it's no less UW.
