Mixed bag but worth a watch -- Awesometown Pilot

Other stuff on their site is OK - check out "The 'Bu," episode 1 got me laughing...

I thought this was a positive review for Elizabethtown


which, funnily enough, i did hear tonight. Apparently it's the awesome.

awesome? i heard Elizabeth town should be retitled, Pretentiousnesspoopytown. I'll reserve judgement until seeing it but the outlook ain't too good.

that's funny because the guy i heard that from specifically brought up the differences between Elizabethtown and Garden State... but he's also a AICN writer so... who knows.

i have some faith in Crowe though.

Yeesh. Elizabethtown. Let's just say I'm tired of watching Cameron Crowe's nostalgic look-backs over the life he wish he had

Same is starting to go for Wes Anderson.
