Kaito
Hundred Million Light Years

I'm really digging the first 3 tracks of this album, I'll write more when I get the whole thing. CD comes out April 4th on Kompakt.

Not really sure of the genre, trance, house, etc?

Re: Kaito
his first album, "special life" on kompakt is one of my all time favourites, so i was really excited when i heard that he is coming up with a new one. but unfortunetaly, after listening to it, i must say that it is nice, but not as good as the first one.

i think "special life" was more varied, while this one is a bit, well "flat". it still has beautiful melodies, wonderful synths and this dreamy trance touch to it, so don't get me wrong, it's a great album, but it just won't catch up with my high expectations.

Re: Kaito
Yeah, I've not heard Special Life, so I didn't have expectations. Guess I'll have to check that out now.

Mmmmm "Saturday and Sunday" from Special Life might as well have been released during the bliss-out age of the early 90's. It feels like a lost classic from that period of time.
