Re: "is that you, is that... is that really you"
speaking of underworldlive and settling issues... if there is to be a new hard release album in early 07 i would hope we'd be hearing something or hints of something around these weeks . . . . after breaking and entering maybe . . . . . if only to settle the issue of how this sweet poetry will be released.

Re: "is that you, is that... is that really you"
Forgive me for not knowing, but I'm very interested in hearing this song, and I'd like to obtain it it legally.

I'm in the US, and I can't get to concerts. How can I hear these songs?

Any help would be appreciated!

Well, if you're talking about Globe, just register as a member at underworldlive.com (it's free), and then go to the Audio Archive. Globe is the first song in Sophia, Bulgaria show.

I wanna know what Ricky is singing during "is that really you....". After the posting on underworldlive, maybe there could be a follow up to confirm or deny the hypothesis that the lyrics start with, "musical....."

Another hauntingly good new jam is "five ft 5", with Rick on the vocals:

"Sometimes all i can do is count...
by odd numbers...
one
three
five
seven
nine
about fifteen
seven..."

it's a short lil interlude, but when the pads come in, it's just very eerie!
Maybe the lil brother of the famed "5 Points" improv?

5 points is the best unofficial UW song by a mile.

I have an entire disc of different versions of 5 Points from various concerts. 5 Points IS underworld. How this track never got released/reworked is beyond comprehension.

hmm...an entire disc. I just can't get that Hugo D. Nite version out of my head, the other versions, while good, don't come anywhere near trumping that Hugo version from 98.

(gotta go turn it on now.)
