![]() and I guess just as you know Tom better and will therefore interpret what he says on here with your knowledge of him as a real person, the same goes for me and Stimpee, so I'd say that goes some wat to explain why we seemed to be on opposite sides of the fence.

![]() Either way, I know a good lawyer that will do special rates for Dirts ![]() Re Hiding Behind Sofas: I dunno what I have to say about Hard Candy without spoiling it, so ... SPOILER WARNING! I can cope with psychological thrillers, I can cope with "not too serious" blood and gore, in the style of Kill Bill, I watch CSI all the time, even the graphic cutting-people-up-and-playing-with-their-innards bits. But I could not stomach Sin City - Literally. It put me off my pop-corn (especially the bit with the dog. From what I have heard of Hard Candy (and please, someone, correct me if I am wrong and I will gladly go and watch it) there is very real horrible violence in it as the young girl wreaks her revenge on the paedophile. Call me a wuss, but I would much rather watch something like that on dvd so I can turn it off and take a break from it, rather than come running out of the cinema screaming (as, it appears, people have been doing during screenings of Saw III).
