15th century tiles... what's up with those?
Here's a link to a specialist bookshop that has a lot of titles on tiles, you might give them a ring. http://www.nvva.nl/gysbers/c00985.htm
This url has a 6 links to some tiles http://www.collectie.nl/dir003/CIS/C...5?OpenDocument
Theres a museum in Romania that has a collection http://www.itcnet.ro/sibiu/engl/sigher_e.htm
And for the next time you're in .jp http://www.itcnet.ro/sibiu/engl/sigher_e.htm

Re: The Underworldlive.com thread
Here's something about the tiles found in the Laurentian library in Florence.
Ben Nicholson did a seminar on this when I was in arch-school in chicago, it
was very interesting. Not sure if this is the stuff you want, but it's good stuff, enjoy Karl. PS - thanks for the tokyo discs!

AND... there's this little sentence on the archive page :

"not only is there a new riverrun download on the horizon but there's talk of more broadcasting. hold tight. stay alert."

Re: The Underworldlive.com thread
I was so excited when this was posted today after the daily check of uw live.

Now if only we could get some audio/video from the show in Zurich on 2005-08-12. I love the opening track on that boot and want to hear a better version of it. That track has been on a constant loop in my head.

Born Slippy: 44.1khz, 16bit, Stereo
Lenny Penne: 44.1khz, 16bit, Stereo

which is great, but then we have:

King Of Snake: 16khz, 16bit, Mono
Dark & Long: 16khz, 16bit, Mono
Pearl's Girl: 16khz, 16bit, Mono

Is there any chance that we can get these videos reissued in the same quality as the other two?
Well, it seems that someone has noticed that the three mono videos from Sophia sounded poor and have re-released them in stereo. Why they weren't made 44.1khz stereo I dont know, but its an improvement so go and re-download them The Born Slippy and Lenny Penne videos are unchanged. Thanks to Raz for pointing out the filename differences.

Re: The Underworldlive.com thread
i like todays link for the reason that i like knowin that karl is interested and concerned about the environment and world in general. i guess i always kinda assumed that they were due to the natural fo some of their lyrics but i think it's a huge issue and the societies views are going to be so different in 10 years so muh of the stuff the masses care about now will pale in comparrison (i hope at least)
