Re: 'Pizza For Eggs' thread
does anyone know if these releases are planned for cd? (i know there's going to be a vinyl release.) i still haven't really swallowed the concept of paying just to download something without getting a physical copy, so i'm hesitant to buy these even though they sound incredible. plus, i'm a college student in the states, so spending 11 or 12 bucks on a download (conversion rates) isn't all that appealing..

5 British Pounds is only $8.90. And well worth it.

The money also helps to keep underworldlive.com running, so you are also getting the sofia and benicassm live shows and all the other old content without having to pay a lot of money.

Re: 'Pizza For Eggs' thread
oh okay.. i don't know why i thought the conversion rate was that much. also the fact that the old content is availiable does make the deal quite nice. so i'm considering it.

still though, a hard copy is nice to have..

Don't count on these ever being released in any other format, except for the vinyl release of Bang the Poll (possibly others?). The whole point of it is that it's a download only project.

well, yes, as a batch the 25 minute plus tracks won't be avaialble other than the download, but some of the individual parts will at least be available on 12" (and possibly CD) and / or make up part of some kind of eps, but LBT & P4E won't be released as hard copies per se....

Seems like this is an on-going point of disagreement on these forums...

But, I agree with KOS, I wouldn't count on this music showing up anywhere else that is commercially available....maybe some 12" vinyl, but I would imagine most of those will be for DJ/club use as a means to promote the download...

12" 's and promos will most certainly come avail on ebay though. Good luck on trying to score those for 5 quid.

Finally downloaded both. LovelyBrokenThing is wonderously good. Not getting the love for Pizza For Eggs, though. Whole thing drifted past me without making much an impact...

Re: 'Pizza For Eggs' thread
Well some of Pizza For Eggs, espescially the first 10-15 mins are the most pleasing stuff I think i've heard from them in a long long time. More of a sense of a band also, not tethered to a more ltd idea of what they do as in simply electronic music that I think you coul dargue they've succumbed to a bit. Great stuff.

Is it just me or does a lot of PFE sound like it should of been on STITI? I know some people said this initially, but I was wondering if you still feel that way.
