Still waiting to hear back either way on if I'm to expect a package. I've e-mailed him a few times over the last month and haven't heard back. I'm still holding my breath though. I can't complain if someone doesn't send me something I didn't pay for.

I'm not sure which International Law covers someone telling you they will send you an LP and then not send it.
