I didn't read this thread, but, in the last scene of the movie where it cuts back to them on the ferris wheel you can see, in the distance, the monster falling from the sky into the ocean.

Seriously? The wife and I rented it, and I was hoping to see something, ANYthing like that, but totally missed it. Next time I see the movie, I'll watch for that.

yup, its there alright. I didn't see it in the theaters, but on the DVD/onDemand its clear as day. something takes a massive fall right into the ocean. its while they are on the ferris wheel saying, "it was a good day."
