You'll catch Wolves and Manchester in the audience shots at the start/end of "Born Slippy", most obviously.
Wolves 53m35 (smallish Civic Hall with balcony) Manchester 63m14s (I think I'm the guy in the bright blue shirt, bottom left) Manchester 63m19s (it's an arena show with a 'bowl' at the top) It might be they filmed multiple shows from the stage for personal use, and added that footage in, with the main footage of the band from the other shows.
