I found this newspaper, which confirms the name of this festival as the inaugural edition of the "Leysin Alpes Festival":

Turns out, they only sold 9,000 tickets, when they were hoping to sell 15,000, which means that was probably the one and only edition of the Leysin Alpes Festival.

It should be noted that the recording of this gig is incomplete. It starts with Pearl's Girl, whereas they opened the set with Juanita/Kiteless, followed by Confusion the Waitress. Pearl's Girl was only the third sing.
