dubnobass is 30 years old today..been hammering it all day too..it is a perfect album in my eyes..so many memories from when this first came out.

same for me. Saw Cowgirl on MTV Amp, went out to buy it. Got to the store and knew it was a woman-themed song name. Sticker covered the word "Cowgirl" on dubnobass, and I saw "Confusion the Waitress" and figured that must be it. So I bought STitI.

UW had a post on all their socials asking us how we feel when we listen to it, and I honestly don't know anymore. BF was my UW intro at 14, So my relationship to Dubno is in relief to that with BF. Hard to describe that; BFs smooth, modern blend put up a hard contrast to how jammy and blunt dubno seemed in comparison. I came to love it, but STITI is still my number one, so it's funny always seeing this one come up as the sentimental fave.

Second Toughest is also my fave. Followed by Beaucoup Fish. Dubnobasswithmyheadman is in a respectable third place.
