can't afford it at the moment, so i may never get one. i wasn't really excited about it when it made it's debut. just seemed like a giant iPod touch - good for older people or the non-tech savvy. i checked it out at the Apple store a while back and face to face and putting my fingertips on the glass... i was enticed... but not in the budget...

... uw boxset... uw tix to the san diego show... vegas trip for interpol... no money for gadgets!

the Books of Jam look amazing on the iPad, as do UW videos. i'll be ripping the Barking videos this weekend.

I love seeing mainstream(-ish) technology being used creatively in unexpected ways like this. Even the dark shadowy human figures in the background added to it. Someone should mail it to sjobs.

My Mum had an iPad for her 70th birthday. She's hooked on it.
