Registered on RTSR Tracker can't log in

Registered on RTSR Tracker on 20 May, still can't log in. Got the email verification.

been a long time since I was on the tracker, can't seem to recover my account, can anyone help please?

Please note, there's some PHP execution or MySQL query caching that goes on on the web host (haven't been able to resolve the issue yet) so, even after you login, it may look like you haven't (because it has cached the result of the what the page looks like when you were not logged in). The fix is to go to a new page that you haven't been to yet that requires you to be logged on (like the "member list") and you should see yourself successfully logged in, or simply leave and come back to the site later (after the query cache has expired) and see if you're logged in.

Thanks, seems to be some password issue for me, going round in circles.
