PS2 games are region locked, so you'd need a mod or a JP PS2 to play it. Also, I've read that the PS3 still enforces PS2 region codes (even though PS3 games have no region restrictions).

Yeah that's why it's still sealed and untouched for me as well

I've never had access to a Japanese/Asian PS2 or a modded one, although I've heard that it's supposed to be easier to get that fix done nowadays.

Still, I've thought it's a cool item to have anyway - now it just won't fit into the moving boxes

One of the watermarked Oblivion with Bells promos has shown up on eil.com. IIRC these were limited to 200 copies? It has a unique catalog number too, UWR-00015-3. Seems a decent price for a limited item.

I picked one up on ebay for a much lower price, it's numbered in the 1600s so I think there are a lot more than 200 around.

It's region locked, so you need a PS2 that can play Japanese games. So, I haven't played my copy. They don't show up very often though.

Some of the music is from AHDO. I forget which songs specifically. It's difficult to access the music outside the confines of the game. There are some spoken word samples. I dunno. I haven't tried to access the game assets for a couple years. There may be better tools now.
