Well, while I'm at it, here's from the Amsterdam gig:

I've seen the animal
The animal is waiting
Under a full moon
Of shiny faces
Down by the river
Two dogs attack each other
A woman is screaming
At a boy in a baseball cap
Angel boy
In pristine white
Comes running
Here comes the gang
Having fun
Big brown dog
Let loose
Big man cuts between
Parts the waves
Full moon watching
Red steel
With rubber
You want me?
Animal is waiting

'nd with a gold ring touch a shell glass in her hair
Inky inky finger there's more feel (morphine?) right in here
From East End
Of London
Past the M25
How many of us will get out here alive?

Wipe the sun from my skin
Take the pressure from my head
Black out from the station
Gonna watch you slide instead
Two eyes on the waistband
One pair of battered feet
Is this perfection?
Is it time for us to meet?

It's a beauty pattern
From the corners of your door
Hose me down and make me clean, I wanna get some more
Numbers on your collar bone
Will you be my son? [sun?]
Whip it out and whip it done
A pressure grows on this one

Cruel intender [pretender?]
Electric degrees of truth
Like a spider on my skin
Like the way you slip away from me
(2x)

It's he
The suit of pins
Swollen isolator
Waiting for winter
Dancing for rain
My temptation
In pink and gold
Orbits me
I
At the center of I
Am crystal water
Running straight to the sea of release (?)
I
Seeing I looking back at me
Freshly squeezed and funky (?)

In Beautiful Burnout, does anyone else hear "bird, crumb"? It kinda makes sense, I mean what do birds eat... Especially in the old biro, you can hear it better.

Also, I think the unknown section in Crocodile is just supposed to be wordless vocals, like the soundtrack to 2001 A Space Odyssey. Just my personal take on it.

I hear it either as "Earth, chrome" or "Dirt, chrome" - can't quite make up my mind which. Typical woman!

Re: Croc unknown section - Karl is definitely singing something live. Wish I could lip-read!

Try the Cocoon gig. There's no vocoder, and it plainly sounds like "bird, chrome" to me.

Look at the Lovely Broken Thing gallery again...
It has got the lyrics for Ring Road!

after listening to this a few more times, the synthy vocals absolutely say, "is a crocodile..." what I'm not sure is the second part. "the same" seems to fit though. anyone else have a thought?
