Re: Post your mixes, music, etc here...
Some of my music reminds me of Underworld. Here's 1 track off of my latest album, called His Majesty, King Mushroom, that somehow reminds me of Underworld. https://kleptonaut.bandcamp.com/trac...-king-mushroom It's good, yes?

Here's a link to a soundtrack I just released, for one of my films that I did the score and music for. It's quite ambient but I think some of you may enjoy it.

My new 76 minute mix of classic Underworld remixes of (mostly) other artists from 1991-1996 with lots of rare grooves in here. I haven't included their remix of Simply Red, because Simply Red are shit. |

interesting and fairly aggro. Care to share your samples, or is it all your production?

Quote:
I grew up on the 90s electronica boom here in the US. That era is magical to me and means a lot. The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Leftfield, Fluke, Orbital, Meat Beat Manifesto, etc. I'm more inspired by these guys than current music, but that doesn't mean I don't keep my ears open for new music. I don't like to repeat myself musically, well, scratch that, I guess I get bored easily lol. But I love all styles of electronic music, so I have fun dabbling in different styles. So each album is kinda different. My first album Lines & Shapes from 2009 was my homage to the early 90s warehouse rave days, but with a modern twist. I just wanted to write something fun for the dancefloor. It was good for playing at raves and clubs. 2011's Children Of The Bomb took a darker turn, a reaction to the social/political climate at the time. A more brooding mix of dubstep and industrial. I spent the next few years working with different vocalists and lyricists and that eventually became Disrupt The Scene. I put out Across These Lands Unknown EP, which went down a more experimental path. Less in your face, aggressive, and feels more like a concept piece. That led me into deciding to create a side project to focus more on that style. My Neorev project is for the in your face stuff. I've been using social media to tease some stuff. HΞX∆GR∆M http://www.instagram.com/thisishexagram Most recent thing I did as Neorev was a remix for UK based pop/R&B/soul artist Kymberley Kennedy that got some press.
