Re: Thom Yorke - The Eraser
Thom Yorke's always been an acquired taste, even when Radiohead sticks to more traditional rock songs. But i think i like his voice best when it's surrounded by electronic noices...it's got a human vulnerability to it, whining or not, that's refreshing.

i haven't heard this yet, but comparisons to "Amnesiac" or "Kid A" are good, imho.

p.s. Thom Yorke spinning nobs on the documentary reminded me: for a while, i thought Johnny Greenwood had the best job in the biz after i saw a performance when he was 'playing' the effects pedals! And then i discovered that UW does the tweaking better every time!

Re: Thom Yorke - The Eraser
Fact of life: if you ask, "Am I cool now?" the answer automatically becomes, "No."

Re: Thom Yorke - The Eraser
Emerson was the heart and soul of Underworld. Without him they're nothing. It's like the Doors without Morrison.
