Its using Skype so you'll need install Skype but on the plus side, it works with all Skype versions on Windows / Mac / Linux, and has history log going back 2 weeks (unlike IRC when you log off you dont get the messages you miss). Should also work with Skype for Mobile Phones.

Get Skype:
Latest version for all platforms: http://www.skype.com/download

Windows: Version 4.2.0.155 File size 22 MB. Official release. Release date: March 10, 2010. File name: SkypeSetup.exe
MacOS: Version 2.8.0.851 File size 44 MB. Official release. Release date: February 10, 2010. File name: Skype_2.8.0.851.dmg
Linux: Version 2.1.0.81

Personally, I prefer the version 3.x generation of Skype for Windows. Its smaller, more configurable, takes up less screen space and memory. If you're running XP or Vista, then version 3.8 is your best choice. If you're on Windows 7, then version 3.6 will run the best. Theres not much difference between the two versions.

All it does for me is say "The host of this chat is currently offline. You can close this chat and when the host is next online you will be added to the chat."

And then nothing ever happens.

Hmmm well its pretty crap if it only works when im online (as i started the chat). I'll look into it. Youre on Mac v2.8 i guess.

hah. Well, scott got $11000 (according to sources) for it a few years ago and im sure the owner would want to make a profit...

I think the damage has been done and dirty is gone forever. I have suggested buying www.dirty-org.org tho
