Re: DJ set at Bestival 2009
What a great DJ set.. Rick and Karl in their bubble-heads and Mr Price doing (most of) the work at the desk. Shame they didn't play for longer.
Beforehand I didn't think they'd play any of their own stuff, but 'Between Stars' (pretty sure it was) was there and they finished off with none other than.... Rez! Oh.. and I agree with Silicon, Downpipe really kicked. I was in front of the DJ booth wearing a spaceman outfit, prancing around like a loon.. oh dear. First time that I've seen Kraftwerk, but by all accounts a standard set, some good visuals though. |

Re: DJ set at Bestival 2009
voodoo ray has got to be one of the greatest early house tracks... it kicks the crap out of everyhing around it.
that set sounds like fun

Re: DJ set at Bestival 2009
Sounds like studio, with a nice tremolo effect on Karl's Vox reminding me of TT:
This is so funny, Pricey DJing and Mr. and Mrs. Bubblehead jumping around in a very very "mmmmmh" way Last edited by DaddyAdv; 09-17-2009 at 10:16 AM. |
