You should have received an email from Underworld confirming your purchase. My email had two links to download Cowgirl because I ordered the 5-CD set and the Blu-ray disc. The email also contains a link to download the MP3 files for Dubno on October 6th.

Has anyone who didn't received the link started a refund process? (I got nothing since the initial receipt emails - no mail with a link to the ticket sale)

My first complaint email that no link was sent to me was replied to by a boilerplate reply that was unconnected to my complaint. I've mailed again specifically asking for a refund.

Anyone had any luck?

I looked into getting a refund (decided to order from the Australian re-seller they announced a few days later to save myself $30), but their refund policy is not exactly very promising. In short, it's "sorry, no refunds":
