Krakow? Anyone?
My wife is Polish and I've been to Wawel castle (It's very cool). I was hoping to hear how the show went, but I don't see anything in the forums. I know some of you dirties are crazy enough to fly overseas to see UW play, so surely someone went to the show last week. How was it?

Re: Krakow? Anyone?
I'm Polish! I was in Krakow, it was my secong gig, and it was fantastic! Even rainy weather doesn't disturb! It was quite short, only ~100min, but...f... briliant!
On the begining 'Beautiful Burnout' with background presentation from Krakow, there was 'Spoonman' and 'Pearl's girl' ! Also huge, whire columns-ballons were great, clasic 'moanner' on bis, unfortunetly there was no 'Rez/Cowgirl'.
So... It was fuckin' great !!! As every Underworld gig

Just a little sample found on the internet:

Especialy after 2,30, enjoy!

Wow, I bet that was a great show. I'm so jealous. My father in law is in Poland right now. I tried to convince him to go and film some of it, but he's not into the music. I know!

That clip brought tears to my eyes. Beautiful Burnout can certainly be beautiful sometimes...

I saw a different (free) concert in that same location a few years ago. I had no idea who was playing, and the genre was not what I normally listen to, but even that was a great experience. Poland is such a great country! I miss the delicious food most of all. I need to visit again soon!
