The whole point is, this CD is not, and never has been, and was never intended to be, available through normal channels.
It was a promo item associated with Electraglide only. Do you really think that if it were possible for the band to release this in the way you describe, they would refuse to do so just to piss us all off? Look at the history of this release, look at the steps that have been taken to satisfy Dirts. If... If... If... If my aunty had balls, she would be my uncle.
