Me Mum’s Banana Bread

Preheat Oven 350.

1 cup margirine (melted-20 sec. in microwave)
¼ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda or powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 eggs
2 cups flour (add 2 additional table spoons if in high elevation area)

3 ripe bananas (mashed)

Mix all above together, add bananas last and mix well. (girls: the measurements and addition of ingredients)

Grease bread pan with a little margarine, add ½ tablespoon sugar and a little cinnamon to coat margarine on inner pan.(boys: labor i.e. stirring/mixing/& greasing the pan)

Bake 50 min.
