UW/Tomato graphic design

Looking at the new album artwork and the "book of jam" images from UW/Tomato...i'm reminded very much of some of Graham Wood's earlier videos' layered effects (Spikee, Cowgirl, Most 'Ospitable, Spoonman, Dark train come to mind)...the text and colorful video pix entering and fading in rapid succession.

Did Graham Wood do the cover to OWB?
Also, the comparison of the new album cover art with that of Dubno and STITI makes me wonder,
Would you say these jams and layered techniques are the "Tomato Style"?
