Re: New Way Out West album!
Since 1997, i havent really been bothered with Way Out West... for about the last 12 years, it sounds like they were a poor mans chicane, but im looking forward to this material.
Although i did like 'Intensify' from a few years ago. Downloading ![]() Mike. |

Re: New Way Out West album!
Will check it out. I was really into Intensify at the time, but the last album was a bit of a dissapointment (although I thought the dj mix disc that came with it was very good) and I sorta tired of that type of prog sound that they were doing.

Re: New Way Out West album!
wow. i slept with my headphones on, and i started waking up just as the playlist reached the Way Out West tracks. I thought i was listening to some of the newer 80's synth inspired bands etc...
it sounds a lot like Gui Boratto's Take My Breath Away album in a few parts. currently digging the tracks Future Perfect and Surrender. |

Re: New Way Out West album!
Definitely feeling this record from the start.
The first album has some great singles, but the second, "Intensify" is one of my favorite, continuous-quality albums. "Dont Look Now" was a bit of a let-down in terms of more downtempo synthpop ballads than banging trance/progressive house, though still had high moments like "Killa", "Fear" and "Northern lights". The new record is really reminding me of how good WOW can be. Diverse and excellent productions.
