Missing Yellow Rez
Anyone not got theres yet? People mentioning they have copies but I've yet to recover mine. No dispatch note or anything.

Look in your e-mail for an e-mail from do-not-reply@underworldlive.com for your original order receipt or any order updates. At the top of any of those e-mails, you'll see a link that says "Live Receipt". That link will take you to the current, live status of your order. Towards the bottom of your Live Receipt you'll see a "Shipping" section which will tell you the current shipping status of your Rez 12".

Can't see a receipt from UW but have one from Topspin. See how quickly they respond to me.

Same thing. Should still have the Live Receipt link at the top of it, which will take you to the page that has the current Shipping section. You can also try searching for your original receipt which should have the Subject line "Your Receipt from Underworld", and again, has the Live Receipt link at the top.

Asking Topspin won't get you anything, as Underworld is handling fulfillment of the physical product. Topspin will simply direct you to contact UW.

If you still can't find the Live Receipt link, you can e-mail UW at hello@underworldlive.com, which is the inquiry address for shop fulfillment.

Got an email back and they told me there was an error processing the error. This is despite getting a tracking number that confirms the order. I've received the refund in full without asking which to me shows that they don't know what they're doing.

Won't be using the UW online shop until they get away from Topspin. Not good at all.
