Download problems!? Wasted a tenner?

Tried to extract the latest Riverrun and it isnt showing to extract although i have managed to purchase but twice! Does this mean i have paid a tenner already for nothing?

I remember buying LBT twice, and the guys at uwlive returned my £5 - I didn't even know I had paid twice Don't worry, you'll get your money back I'm sure
