on some of the demo tracks.

i noticed the mm skyscraper a1765 sky version has some really nice
spoken lyrics in them.

karl sounds totally different, and its a really wild take on the track.

the misteron cutting room edits are used to fill in the other tracks.

there are other demos of mother earth also.

i can see why a lot of these tracks were left off the album.

this vocodery track is cool, but again, feels like an uw mk1 track

i would have preferred this over mother earth,
but it was not meant to be, and again might have
sounded like their earlier works.

another very cool track, but not quite up to the mark,
better than concord for me.

5 Organ (Eclipse version from A4796) 6:19

lastly this seems more like an experiment than a completed track.

nice to have all these around to see what they might have
been trying out.

a lot of these could have been put together with
the 'lemon interupt' tracks to make an intermediate album.

me too! but they are interesting to hear. Theres a lot of UW mk1 in these tracks still.

There's a lot of UW mk1 in M.E. too. I think the transition between UW Mk1 and Dubno was less drastic than the change between Dubno and the remixes they were doing right after Dubno. "Beach" from Change the Weather sounds closer to M.E. than M.E. does to Thing in Book, Burts or Dark Train.
