I picked this up a couple days ago thanks to the first couple reviews on this thread. Must say, it is quite a good album. It does sound like early 90's techno, but with that said, I love early 90's techno. Just that, the piano itself in its progressive patterns is a dead give away. I think Moby though felt like he needed to go back to his roots. He must have felt, like he was going to far or something. I come to this conclusion, because look at the packaging of this album vs. the packaging of Hotel, 18 even. It is cheaper, more simple.
It is a good album though, one that if you don't buy now, you will sooner than you think
