ok i know it's all "unwarranted self-important customer" but...
i've got some extra work/cash coming in on march and april (and may, obv.
) and was planning to get as many of these as i could, but i was definitely reconsidering it not just due to problems/errors, but because there seemed to be a desperate lack of correspondence when these issues happened.
but this is way cool of you guys. i'm def. going through with it.
