Since I was just about to start ripping my LHN CDs that just arrived in the post, I say THANK YOU for your effort and hard work in doing this. Couldn't have come at a better time.
Edit: I haven't tried it yet, but a solution for Windows might be to use
EAC for both ripping and splitting. In particular, the "Tools" -> "Split WAVs by cue sheet" option in the menu should do the job once the WAV files have been generated.
