if you listen to the innervisions orchestra mix (i love this mix), there's a nice breakdown where this bit sounds a lot clearer / less treated. sounds summat like
"needs a car
summat oooopposiiiiiite"
which makes no sense, eh.
i dunno. actually i'm not convinced he's singing in english!
