As far as I can tell a) it was transmitted in 128 kbs so if there is a version out there that is 160 kbs the quality will not actually be any better and b) the current version out there has skips in it, but there are moves afoot to try and amalgamate all the recordings available and merge them into as perfect a copy as feasibly possible.
