Because Danielle has to post all these by hand and she's only a wee girl and cant carry 200 envelopes to the post office
. She'd be there hours sending them all to different places
. Plus, this gives an opportunity for people who missed it the chance to put some time aside and make sure they get one next time. They might simply not have 200 left. When theyre gone, theyre gone.
