It's true that TCM use samples, loops, and probably pre-program parts of their gigs...but who in electronic music doesn't?!

i have read several interviews by the boys in TCM, in "EQ", "KEyboard", and "Remix"...and it definitely sounds like they put a lot of work into their albums. They feature live music, too (from Wes borland, Jon Brion, etc), and are excellently produced. When i think of bands using crap loops or demos, TCM doesn't come to mind.

"Vegas" was an album that lived in my stereo during 98-99, and it still is a dark, deep beauty. I'll admit, i'm less a fan of "Tweekend" (too rap-rock) and "Legion of Boom" (too single-paced), but both of their mix albums are amazing.
