SUM records used to be the only latin label who published electronic music, i've some releases by them (lemon jelly and underworld). in fact, my beaucoup fish was made in argentina, published by SUM. argentina used to have this huge record publishing industry until the corralito crisis hit there during 2002. i remember going to buenos aires to destroy my wallet over there - records were incredibly cheap, including imports. now, most stores (musimundo and tower) are extinct and local labels have disappeared. don't know if SUM survived the crash
