I'd say there's a 1 in 3 chance that there won't be violent civil unrest (*WONT*) in US cities over the next year, something akin to what is happening in Greece at the moment, or London during the student fee debates.

This is by far more worrisome than secession movements, which are insincere and impractical.

Also martial law has a far greater chance of stemming from civil unrest then rebellious governments.

And I disagree with BLD, I think its a very real possibility. People want to believe that our armed forces and police force would not turn on the public, but I don't buy it. Why the hell wouldn't they, if it takes so little effort to convince them there's good americans and there's baaaaaad americans. go after the baaaaad americans.
