The internet is McContent. These forums are McContent. People are letting their brain work to get what they want... just that when they hit a dead-end, they end up here, at dirty as its the next logical step.
The tracker site is excellent. Very easy to navigate and quite easy to leave comments on, download from, and get help with all actions on. Should just throw a phpbb up on that site and end this Y! nonsense.
Allowing guests to post in a 'newbie' queue could go a long way as well to squashing all the posts on dirty about "not getting a response" etc.
