Just me then.... Very chilled evening (despite the heat). Ambience was the order of the day, and the crowd were as interested in the film as the music. Fragments of edgeland drifted in and out, KH barely singing a line until the credits rolled. Strange to have such an ethereal score played live, but very special.

I was there too. Had not yet had chance to see the DVD so it was the first time I saw it - so was special to get the live soundtrack! It was mostly ambient cuts off the solo album and very little vocals. Lots of samples from slummin it for the weekend.

Rick was hanging around the mixing desk.. wanted to ask him if there was any chance if UK show this year but did not get chance!

Here's a review of the Derby Quad performance, which I was fortunate to attend having driven up from Bristol on the evening that someone was trying to throw themselves off a bridge on the M42. Met Karl and the other musicians after the gig. It was great, very low key and unfortunately nowhere near full. Got a poster and several flyers for the archive.
