As much as I want it to arrive, it is also making each afternoon just a little bit more exciting as I drive past the front door on the way home, looking to see if Mr Postman has left me anything. :)

i dont mind waiting. I DON'T like not receiving an email saying that my order has shipped.

Who do we contact to find out if our UnderworldLive.com order was shipped?

To be honest, there are certain standards regarding internet shopping these days: Confirmation pages at the time of purchase, emails after purchase, emails when an order has shipped, etc. UWLive doesn't follow all of these and it leads to semi-worried patrons. Now I accept that my order may not have shipped until launch date. Thats the price I pay for ordering direct from the artist rather than a megastore. But what I don't like is radio silence once the launch date has come and gone. Its not reassuring at all, especially in the wake of the ordering fiasco where we were all promised, "if you got a Paypal conf. then we got your order."
