Well, this is getting silly. I preordered the 3disc set in July. It's now 3 and a half weeks post-launch, and there's no sign of the album, and only very slow and unhelpful emails back from the underworldlive address, the latest telling me that the order was dispatched before launch day, and must have been held up in the post.

When people in the states are getting their copies before me, when I could've walked to Romford and picked the damned thing up myself in the time since launch day, something's gone awry.

HELP!

You are not alone. I´m still waiting for my Barking CD/DVD. According to CDON it´s out of stock so I have to wait for a new delivery.

Wow. Amazon DE has the Super Deluxe Version for EUR 23,99. Which puts the signed art print at roughly 20 Euros (of course it doesn't work like that, just a thought).

Normal album is still EUR 14,99, though.

I noticed that there are two versions of the DVD. One is PAL Region 0 and the Other NTSC Region 0. My question is, if I ordered the CD + DVD version from Om Records, would I get the NTSC or PAL version. This is very important as I live in the states and would not be able to play the PAL DVD.

The Om Records CD+DVD is NTSC Region 0. The Barking Box set (of which, there is only one version) is NTSC Region 0. The CD+DVD for UK and Europe is PAL Region 0.

The Om Records CD+DVD appears to be available only direct through Om Records Shop, as I have not seen it in any of the regular retail channels.

Just so happy...Haven't heard this lot in 10 years. Nostalgia buzz. Remembering what I have been missing out on now.
Electronic music meant so much in the 90s and 00s and, in 25 years time, some of these guys will be revered. Miss them live at your peril...

ok, just getting around to this.

actually got it right after it came out.
but only listened to it a few times, and
then it went back into storage.

looking at it now. i got the deluxe version.

i noticed the booklet is glued into the case,
making it hard to handle, read.

i'll be scanning and converting it to a PDF for ease of access.

did anyone remove the book? did it ever appear detached
in other releases?

It's not detached in ours.

Been thinking about this: Barking is a jumping off point, in retrospect. mk3.5/the return to the dance floor? Not to say I don't like the riverrun/OWB (in fact it's the most beautiful pieces they've created in their career, IMO) but Barking and the setlist over the last two years show a desire and a move towards a more modern dance vibe and Barking was the drastic change in direction that marks it.
