just noticed the 'japan 2nd september' bit - fucking typical. and disappointing, to be very honest. and a bit daft - how are you supposed discourage downloads when you stagger releases globally by 11 days?!

I'd love it if this song saw a release. Don't know if it'll ever happen though... usually if a song has a gestation period that long they'll play it live every so often. When was it last played? 1998?

Although Strumpet went from 2000 to 2008 without being played, so there's always hope. And there was 020202, which went from 2001 to 2008.

so, they're hoping that stuff they've had floating around for over a decade will still cut it? maybe that's why they've turned to collaborators?

Maybe, but its amazing that songs from 1998 - Five Points, 2000 - Always Loved A Film will be on album, these are long time fan favourites, especially Always Loved a Film. Thank you everybody for the info, Im looking forward for the album:)
