I am very curious to see it. He seems to be doing
more and more "one off" for fashion mags, etc...
tell me about it. it was set to be published a year ago, then pushed back to spring of this year; now, who knows when? i'm sure it's his "masterpeice" so to speak, though. he talks briefly about working on it in an interview found on the 'Onyx Pearls' dvd. 10 years or so, i think, is roughly the amount of time he's been working on it's contents.

noticed that too. many typographical elements found in tomato/uw stuff has been pretty consistent for about a decade now.

I think the consistency comes from tomato/john warwicker utilizing "classic" typefaces such as Helvetica, and Jenson rather than trying to design/find a new font for every project. The art is in the adaptation of traditional forms to communicate ideas in a new way.
