bbc scotland comedy - very low-key - but very sharp and full of swearing old people - on friday on bbc2 - worth a look...

Yeah, I like this a lot. There are some class lines in there, but this series hasn't been as good (there are a couple of earlier series). It started out as a play of the same name, which you can get on DVD - though it leans a bit more towards the tender drama which you sometimes get in the series.

(Oh, and the guy who plays Navid is involved in that new series Meet The Magoons (http://www.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/M/meet_the_magoons/) which starts on C4 soon, along with his brother who's also very funny. I saw the pilot for this a couple of years back and I just hope this lives up to it. It's not a million miles from Still Game's humour.)
